A new article has been posted to my website.

Decreased online registrations. High levels of customer complaints. Increasing training expenses. All warning signs that led one of my clients to conclude that their registration process was crying out for simplification.

Are your processes too complicated? It may be that you’ve created too many inputs. Click here to read the rest of the article.

  1. Great article! Another thought – if you limit the inputs, you’re limiting the variables and leaving yourself a bigger choice of event management systems. If you only have 3 requirements vs 12, there are many more options that would meet those 3.

    Thanks!
