Background
A state association had selected a new AMS to manage multiple associations. Because the state association had never had an organization-wide data management system prior to selecting their new system, staff was having a difficult time deciding how data should be managed and processed through the database. Selection of the new database had occurred over two years ago and staff were beginning to wonder if the project would ever be completed.
Solution
The association hired EDM to help them review and improve all of their data processing practices, establish business rules, and determine how data would be processed through the new system.
Result
Within ten weeks of engaging EDM, the association had established all of its business rules, developed a complete training program, and trained over 50 staff in using the system.
