Become a Data Analyst
Now that you've got your standard reports, use them to answer questions like, "How many of my members renewed before the deadline this year? How many renewed last year?"
Once you've got the answers to those two questions, you can use a spreadsheet to compare those numbers. Once you see them next to each other, you'll start to see trends.
Most importantly, keep asking those questions, and store the answers in the same place so that you can compare your results on a regular basis. The trends you will discover will help you in creating your strategies for the future.
