Managing e-mail Bounce-backs - Redux
A few tips back we discussed how to manage all the bouncebacks one gets when sending broadcast emails.
The good news is that the latest generation of AMS packages on the market are beginning to address the issue of email bouncebacks. Because all of us are communicating far more frequently with broadcast email, the AMS vendors are building tools that not only allow us to more easily broadcast email, but to capture bouncebacks automatically in the database, so we can decide what to do with the bounced email.
So talk to your vendor about possible solutions they may have available today for managing your bounced email.
