Write Your Own Standard Reports
Once you are familiar with your report writing software (here), set up basic reports that search for certain types of activities within your database. This way, when you have to run the report, the structure is already there, and you simply edit the date parameters or the activity name.
You'll also be able to add and delete specified fields as necessary. Once you are finished with the report, close it without saving the changes and it will be ready to go the next time you need it. This will save you lots of time.
