Make Sure Your Hardware is Up-to-date

Do you have an updated inventory of your hardware, both on the desktop and in the server room? Is any of your equipment over three years old? If it is, replace it!

Did you know that you can now (as of May 2005) get a desktop computer system with 2.6 GHz processor, 128mb of RAM, and a 40 gig hardrive for only $299?!! There's absolutely no reason not to have your staff on FAST computers. They're just plain cheap.
